Are the fragrances sold at Twisted Lily authentic?
Yes, we are an authorized retailer for every brand we carry. All fragrances and beauty products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the original designers and niche houses.
Do you offer samples before committing to a full bottle?
We certainly do. We offer individual 2ml samples and curated discovery sets so you can experience a fragrance on your skin before investing in a full-sized bottle.
What is your return policy for opened perfumes?
Due to the nature of beauty products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Samples are final sale.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Please note that because perfumes contain alcohol, they must ship via ground transportation.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and to select international territories. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to see if your country is eligible for delivery.
How should I store my fragrances to ensure they last?
To preserve the integrity of your perfume, store bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a closet or drawer rather than a bathroom.
