Inspired by the Japanese shaved iced dessert, kakigōri, this collection is an ode to the ephemeral, the fleeting nature of all things. While layering is embraced by a consumer eager to shape their own fragrance experience, Obvious Parfums innovate by offering 3 scents that are as beautiful worn alone as they are when layered. 

Plum Cream reinterprets the Japanese plum, better known as umeboshi plum, eaten after a long maceration in salt. This saltiness reveals umami flavors, the famed fifth taste, which is captured in perfumery through the salted plum enhanced with rum, davana, and cistus, revealing a complex fruity leathery sensuality.

This Japanese delicacy, for the first time translated as a fragrance, is expressed on the skin with depth and creativity.
