Ensure your item is unopened, in its original cellophane packaging, and was not purchased as a sample, discovery set, or final sale item.
Request a Label
Contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Securely
Carefully package the perfume in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit back to our boutique.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a nominal restocking fee.
